WELCOME TO GUEST HOUSE GREEN LAGUNA Give yourself an absolutely deserved vacation, indulge in complete relaxation and forget about noisy resorts! As great hosts, we do our best to ensure high level of service taking care of the relaxation, comfort and entertainment of our guests. Here nature is incredibly beautiful and offers numerous fishing and tourism opportunities. The house is located at a quiet place 1.5 km from the Botanical Garden of Balchik Palace, Northeastern Bulgaria, Balchik Municipality, near some of the most visited summer resorts of Albena and Golden Sands and 9 km from Tuzlata mud-curing field. Green Lagoon Guest House offers excellent conditions for a complete rest during the whole year. It is suitable for individual or group vacations for a maximum of 15 people. The house offers its guests 3 double rooms and 3 triple rooms each furnished in a different style and its own bathroom. Every spacious room has an air-conditioner, a TV with cable television and a separate balcony. The price for five nights is EUR 1174 (BGN 2300) for the entire house. The client is obliged to pay a damage deposit of EUR 200 in addition to the reservation deposit or at the time of arrival. This deposit may be double when the vacation property is rented by groups of young people (clients under 25 years old), single-sex groups or if the house is rented for occasions such as Christmas and New Year. The damage deposit will be returned in full after or on the day of departure if no damages are caused to the house and movables during the period of stay. Damage is also considered to be the condition in which the guests leave the property. The clients are obliged to make the property look as close as possible to the condition in which they found it. All expenses relating to any extra cleaning, worn-out towels and bed linen, etc. will be deducted from the damage deposit. The prices are not valid for official and national holidays, Christmas, New Year and 8th December (Student’s Day) when the house offers its guests 5 double rooms and 4 triple rooms. The house has an outdoor swimming pool, a convenient summer terrace with BBQ, a living room furnished with fridges, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and other electrical appliances. The guest house also offers a Wi-Fi service. You can park your car on site. We also have 6 parking spaces which are free for our guests. The house is a 15-minute walk from the beach. The closest bus stop is 50 m away. There is also a 24/7 petrol station at about 2 km. The supermarket and the restaurant are 100 m away. Varna Airport is the closest airport at a distance of 38 km. We also offer a transfer from and to Varna Airport. We accept pets. To make our guests’ stay more interesting, we also offer: bikes for rent, various excursions using our own transport. The prices are agreed on the spot. Fishing in a boat in the bay of Balchik – price is agreed for every separate boat trip.
